Antenna base Replacement

Hi to all,
The rubber under the antenna base of my 159 need to be replaced, and it has to be done by lowering down the back of the car ceiling. Instructions of how to do this would be helpfull !
Thanks in Advance

As an alternative and quick fix you could try this:

VW Golf Mk3 Mk4 Mk 3 4 Roof Aerial Antenna Gasket Seal | eBay

The so called "bee-sting" aerials are nearly all the same shape. I used this gasket to replace the shot one on a 2007 Yaris and it worked a treat! It's made of rubber so you just stretch it over the base, no need to dis-assemble the antenna which could be quite complicated. Mind you, on all of these antennas, the gasket you see is just cosmetic, the actual waterproofing seal is smaller and concealed.
