Help 159 2.0 ti dpf removal. possible er no?

I have a 2010 159 ti 2.0 ltr diesel sportwagon. I am having real trouble with my dpf filter. I do not do allot of city driving and it is often on a long run so should re-gen. It is currently at 98% saturation and not regenerating properly. All sorts of warning lights to come on and error codes. The garage (not main dealer, ***** specialist) i bought the beast from has informed me that removal of the dpf in the 2.0 model is impossible as it is a sealed unit. is this correct? and if not where can i get it done.

on a side note almost every time i start the car a warning message comes up saying "stop car, oil pressure low" is this related? or is this bad and what could it mean? the best opinion of my local mechanic is a faulty sensor but it is a worrying message.

You can definately remove the dpf on the 2.0d. I had a bypass pipe installed by alfatuner nearly 12 months ago with no issues
