Normally this means one of your reversing sensors in the bumper are starting to fail.
The easiest way is to plug in a run a diagnostic and find which one. If you don't have Multiecuscan put the car in reverse with the ignition on a lightly place your finger on each sensor and you should feel it vibrating, the one which has failed won't be vibrating. If you get close enough you can here them clicking again the one that's not clicking is the dead one.
Sensors are around £25 from ebay and will require painting. Fitting requires the removal of the rear bumper and outer light, but straight forward enough.
