Depends what you want it for, but yes, it is worth it, maybe I am biased though. It just looks damn good compared to the lusso.
Internally for the later models you are missing a few bits (auto bits, but then again, as an Alfa driver it's a little reassuring you are getting back to having more control over the car).
Electric seats? If I was regularly sharing the car (and having to move the seats), it would be nice, but frankly I've touched the adjustment levers something like twice in one year. In either case, the side supporting seats are very comfortable and much better when throwing the car about a bit, which the Ti is better at doing too!
Lusso also gets tri-zone climate over the Ti,
Think the Ti list is:
Red brake calipers
Heated Sports seats (electric till mid 08 with memory on seat and mirros)
60:40 Folding seats (saloon)
Sports Steering wheel
Red stitched gear knob
Auto lights/ wipers/ demist (till mid 08)
Blue and Me (didnt became standard on Lusso till mid 08)
Darkened dash materials
Satin wing mirrors
Ti Sill plates in front
Badges under side repeaters
