Where to put axle stands - 159

Sorry for asking such a basic question but I don't really want to get it wrong. I have a 56 plate 159 and need to take the rear wheels off to have a look at the brakes because they are sticking. I have a trolley jack and want to put it on axle stands while I work on the brakes. The manual says to put the jack that comes with the car on the plastic brackets just in front of the rear wheels. As I am using a trolley jack, I was going to jack it up just in front of this where there is a small elongated hole. Is this right? Once I have jacked the car up, where do I then put the axle stand? Is there a central rear lifting point at all so i can lift it there and place the axle stands on the elongated holes?

Thanks in advance for any help.
