159 1.9 jtdm changing the front radiators
Hi ya. I am swapping out the radiator on my 159 ti 1.9 jtdm. Ive stripped the front of the car down. and removed the radiator (the power steering coolant pipe, the air con rad, the intercooler radiator and the normal coolant radiator). So its all off.
I have the replacement unit.
Silly question. Not worked on a car with a turbo intercooler before. So after I have connected all the radiator pipes backup. I put the new replacement coolant in the resovoir. And just bleed it down from the bleed point just below (about 15 cm down and left) the resovoir. Heres the real newb question. The cooland I put in the resovoir gets to the intercooler as well right or is there a seperate fill resovoir for that? Sorry i know its newbie central question there. Cant figure out why there is a seperate radiator for the intercooler if they are all connected. thx in advance jon.
