Mine was much further on and worse than this
, so I should be able to help out here attached are some readouts:
> Post DPF clog rate, Air temperatures, Fuel pressures etc.
> Your injectors don't seem to have suffered heavy pyrolysis, so I wouldn't spend the money replacing them. Once you find the route cause, get them tested for spray pattern and conditioned (Doesn't cost much)
> Disconnect your MAP, next to the swirl flaps / fuel rail.. It's easy to find, just unclip and pull.. Then take the car out for a drive..
> Disconnect MAF sensor, bottom left hand side of the engine then take it for a drive.
> Look to make sure swirl flaps are moving correctly, look for snaps at the motor and get someone to rev it for you whilst under the bonnet.
> As others say, blank off the EGR a plate off e-bay cost's a couple of quid.
