Ive just done a forced regen on the dpf, its gone from 103% blocked to 65% blocked and the diff pressure is below 20mbar. I took off the egr valve to clean and it came up really nice, it wasnt so badly choked up really, everythings moving freely too. The injector readings are somewhat of an issue, is +- 1.5 really a big enough issue to cause the low mpg, having spoken to a few mechanics I cant seem to get a difinative answer. Ive also got the delayed acceleration issue too, I just thought it was because its an auto 'box. I got 24mpg average from a full tank which is really crap, my 2.2 signum used to get 38 doing the same journeys. Im doing an ecu reset as I type, so we'll see if that helps. The car has been very well serviced since new and I've got full dealer history with it. Any ideas...?
