White smoke causes query
I have always had an element of white smoke on startup but today it must have carried on between 5-10 seconds post engine starting and idling like I was electing a new pope. I've replaced 3 faulty glow plugs recently with NGK ones, and now have no error warnings. I don't think it would affect it but I've also cleaned the MAP sensor.
As this generally happens after the car has been left for a few hours could this be a leaking injector ? Or is an injector injecting too much diesel on startup ?
I looked at the injector correction values on the ecuscan when it had been idling for a minute and would appreciate if anyone could enlighten me as to why the correction value of injectors 1-3 is negative, 4-5 is positive. The reads at a point where...
Would those figures determine if there is a problem ??
