Well Happy Intake Pictures

Just a few pictures of what your intake manifold might look like after 110k ... Notice the non existent swirl valves, excess build up of whatever it is ...diesel,dirt,oil,carbon from leaking EGR.

The Manifold from my car was the same when I changed it at about 75k.
Out of interest I took it apart and scooped out all the gunk, there was a good handfull of it in there.

I think anybody considering that in place solvent cleaning should think if they really want that much gunk going through their engine and turbo..

I think thats what you get for not driving long distances with dieselcars..

W/M had cleaned quite a bit of the gunk, but it was never going to be right.
