Brera 2.2JTS hesitation at low speed!

I picked up my 56 Brera yesterday, Its done 44500 from new with a FSH.

Ive already noticed at low speeds there is a hesitation, very prominent!
Ive been through the history and it has already had the remap at an Alfa independent.

Where should my next port of call be?

Brera 2.2 SV "S"

Not much you can do really!

I changed my exhaust to the S exhaust and noticed a reduction in it but it seemed to come back. What I have noticed make a difference is using Vpower fuel. It doesn't eradicate it, but it is noticeably less prominenet compared to when I fill her up on a couple of tanks of fuelsave.
