A ha!

I haven't flashed you the last few times I've seen you as I've been in my wife's car (a blue mini convertible, as the Alfa is currently in at Proalfa).

I've clocked what looks like a red Brera S on gold alloys back-end of last summer heading in your direction from Amersham?

Think I've seen the blue one at Proalfa a few times!

Nice to meet you! Sort of.

Expect a flash, probably from a random Mini too!

Cheers,

Andrew

A brief wave at a red Brera on the A417 this morning. They were going the opposite way so probably didn't spot it!

Unmarked Dibble in a 61 plate BMW 3 Series spotted me doing about 85 on M62 at 6:00am ... luckily he must like Alfa's ... as I only got front grill blues and a stern look as he passed me

A grey brera prodrive passed me while I was in the horses field in Telford earlier on today. Spotted it was a brera so stopped what I was doing, then spotted the seats as it got closer, then saw the red S on the side! Very clean motor. Don't think the driver was paying to attention to me staring lol

A couple on the a34n just after 5pm. One 2.4 159 56 plate, kind of metallic brown.
Then m40, a 57 plate Stromboli grey 159 Ti,
Was in a silver giulietta

Nice looking red 159 Ti SW driving through bramley this evening. Looking good even in the rain! :-)

Was about to wave but realised I was in my mini not the G!

I waved at that one in Bramley this evening too.

Yesterday evening a white 159 wagon queueing to join the M4 at Maidenhead, a white Giulietta on the A33 between Basingstoke and Reading, a silver 159 in Bramley, a black Spider or Brera 5 cars behind me in Bramley and a red Giulietta in Bramley.

This morning a black 159 wagon on the A33.

I'm the white 159 and I almost always wave or flash.

Mines a white giulietta and I usually wave!! There's a white giulietta at the pub at Sherfield too.

I'm often on that stretch of the A33, but not yesterday.

Seen a silver 159 before in bramley. They didn't wave at me. Not seen a spider or brera though.

I'll keep an eye out for a white 159. If you get a wave from a grey mini cooper S convertible that'll be me as well. ☺

Spotted a smart looking (aren't they all!) 159 SW Ti in red, on my way home from work today (Friday) about 4.15pm - we were both joining the anti-clockwise slip road for the M25 at J21A. I was in my anonymous old Astra so no flashing / waving /admiring glances were exchanged.

Wasn't sure it was a petrol or diesel (it had the same twin exhausts as my TBi), until he put his foot down and even thru the rain I could see the tell take signs of diseasal smoke coming out the back with the spray

Reg No - R2 MLB

Anyone on here?

Funny I thought you saw me as I was on the M25 on way back from Autolusso yesterday at that time with exactly same car but TBi. Reg WN61

It's just 'Spider', Alfa have never named it 'Brera Spider'.
It has a style all of its own.

If you want to be 100% correct, the name is "Type 939 Spider"

Nope, it's actually '948' if you look into it properly.

As well you know 948 was the project number for the Spider,
939 is the version number as Alfa released it.

'939' was the 159, '946' the Brera, and '948' the Spider.
