well it is, but very specific......i'll explain
first off, i have searched loads of the threads on tyres - including the mass of acclera threads. i currently have potenza (19") on my 159ti - which i found to be....well, crap. they were on the car when i bought it
i'm about to go for something like either a conti or pirelli zero, as i have always held the view that cheap tyres are a false economy. that said, at double the price of the acceleras, it does make me want to sanity check that - especailly given the rave reviews scattered across this wonderful forum.
so to my question; i want to hear from someone who (like me) does a decent amount of miles a year - i.e. 30k plus. if you are doing this mileage and DRIVE your bella, running the acceleras- hoe have you found them? general handling, wet handling, and then wear
whilst i would rather spend £100 a corner if i can, equally i am not going to get cheap - i'll happily spend the £200 a corner knowing that overall the handling is better. i would guess that the mileage will be around the same 16k miles mark for both?.....
Oh, and if i can lose some road noise to actually make the blue and me handsfree kit usable that might be a nice bonus too!
please please please don't just say - acceleras are great. i want to qualify that a little more; high mileage driver, likes to drive, safety & handling always come first
