Well, from all my posts lately, you can gather that the wrap was well-applied! Every nook and cranny was wrapped to a very high standard. The only complaint I had was that the company broke my rear windows during the process. A new regulator is required. A quick fix of glue was not the solution. A little dissapointing really, but I couldnt be bothered with the fight for them to replace the parts etc, and this is my rear windows to which I rarely carry anyone else in the car!
Over the time the wrap has not held up well to the elements. The arches being the worst affected and for whatever reason continually coming away. Whether this is an application issue, or the fact that the vinyl is so exposed on the 159 arch I don't know.
The niggle I have is stone chips. I probably had 10 in total on my bonnet and front bumper and another 10 around the car. Not the best when you're original colour was black. I didnt think the wrap would be this badly affected. NOw it wasnt that bad, but im a bit OCD with the car, and to me it didnt sit well.
I was quoted around 300-400 to dewrap the car. Money I dont have right now, so decided to dewrap myself. A horrible job that I woudnt wish on my enemies.
Its also worth mentioning that my insurance went up about 150 quid to cover this.
