In any to the months old question - don't get time to come on here often,
the only ebc pads I'd bother with are yellow for road or blue for circuit, even tho they may not be listed, they often make to order.
Careful with 5.1, I run a fluid like that but it has a full flush every 12 weeks, for a road car stick with dot4 or a dot4 race fluid variant.
As for ds pads, I killed a set on no time (300 track miles) so not impressed, although I have only ever used them once, may be a bad set, I don't know, but I will not bother again when they are considerably more than competitors pads.
Sometimes when changing to a drastically different pad it could be worth either changing or skimming the disks (hub surface too) as the bed in surface can be quite different and cause hot spots and/or vibrations. Doesn't happen all the time.
