Hi all,

I had an EGR delete and remap some time ago but the car's not felt right recently, lots of turbo whistle and swirling noise. Sometimes loads of torque, sometimes it seems to be fighting against itself. Anyway just been playing around with Multiecuscan and noticed despite the EGR showing as 'off', the EGR valve opening showed 4%. This did not change as the car was rev'd up a bit. Does anyone know if this means the valve is currently stuck open a tad? This could affect performance.

I believe 4% is off or shut as far as the ecu is not opening it.
As mapped out anyway you have nothing to lose by blanking aswell just incase its stuck open slightly mechanically or on a piece of soot etc.
As you have software, you can log fuel, airflow and boost etc against desired and see if anythings a miss
Id start with boost and desired boost maf airlow maybe.
