Help with replacing battery on 3.2L Spider
Chaps (and chap-esses)
I need some quick help. After the shocking winter, my Spider's been in the garage for months, and now the battery's dead. At least I hope it's the battery and not an electrical fault.
My mate has promised to check it, but getting the wretched battery out to take to him needs a degree in rocket science.
The negative lead is a piece of cake - but what on earth is all that gubbins around the positive terminal??? And how do you get it off? I've tried loosening the bolt on the terminal pillar, but the box of assorted connectors looks to be stuck to the actual battery itself.
You can tell that I'm no techie - but I hope someone can explain what I have to do in plain English.....?
Thanks in advance,
