This is a really interesting tale.
I really feel for you in this, a few days after collection you really shouldn't expect or have to put up with such an issue.
Fair enough cars can develop faults, sometimes seconds after handing over the cash. But this is a main dealer, with a supposed reputation to uphold. I would have thought/hoped that this would have been sorted by them instantly.
I'm in the process of researching a Brera S 2.2 as my next car, hopefully in the next few months, if we ever get round to buying a house....
This, and other similar threads, have taught me a few key facts:
1. Don't buy a bloody car from Mangos!
2. Get the warranty checked and then rechecked before agreeing to or paying for it.
3. Be very wary of the 2.2 at the 40-60K mark.
4. Say a prayer to the god of Alfas when I eventually buy a 2.2...........
Moved over to the dark side
And loving it
