Jetwash - now why-oh-why did I do that
Normally I steer clear of jetwash/car wash/cheap hand washes because I've been stung before.
Broken aerials and common scratching of the paintwork.
However, at the weekend I buckled - the 159 looked awful having been neglected for too long. Needed a damn good clean, so I took it to the local supermarket jet wash.
My pride at my now shiny, red TI SW, was immediately shattered by observing a few small areas where the paint was gone. Small, like stone chips, which I'm sure weren't there when I started. And I wasn't looking at primer - but bare silver metal - gutted!
So, where can I get a good touch up paint from and which do I need?
Recently moved house and who knows where my Alfa docs are, hence the paint name question. I've got a red 08 TI SW.
Before anyone else says - should've read the paintwork tatters thread first.
Back to hand washing from now on I guess ....
