Nangkangs Front / Accelleras Back
Hi, I have Nangkangs on the Front & Accelleras on the Back and even in the lovely "cold snap" I reckon they're more than capable.
I'm driving on snow and ice with occasional wet and slippy roads in minus degrees. I would say I'm safely driving in a spirited fashion and the tyres on the 159 are tremendous. I have come to Alfa from a Rav4 4x4 will all weather shoes and have to say these are really excellent.
I know they get a bad press from some purists and tyre snobs but I can not fault them really.
Could I thrash it and slide and crash it? Of course I could - then I'd slate the tyres but sorry, that's not going to happen. I think as long as you drive within the capabilities of the Car/Tyre/Conditions combo then these are fine. I've pushed them to find their capabilities and without driving in a manner I'm not prepared to do in this weather (using common sense) and not endangering myself or others, they're fine!
I hope this doesn't upset the £350+ boys too much! lol
