pay extra for heated seats?

How much extra would you expect to pay for heated seats over unheated in a two year old spider? I know itís very subjective, but all replies welcomed, thanks.

I'm also interested, I've heard its around the £500 mark. My Spider is the same! Why would somebody spent nearly £30k and not bother to get heated seats in a CONVERTIBLE?!

At 2 years, the extra is worth a tiny fraction of the original price, maybe £100 at most.

If it has leather don't buy without the heated seats, my 159's leather seats are freezing cold in winter until I turn the heated seats on

They are, but one of mine broke when the car was 3 years old - I've coped.

I can't say I would pay any premium on a used car for things like heated seats/headlamp washers etc

I wasn't bothered by the fact mine came with heated seat, didn't think i would bother using them, was more swayed by the leather seats and exterior looks.....

Boy am I glad it has them, in the past few weeks of cold weather, the heated seats have prevented a frost bitten botty while the 159 drags its self (slowly) up to a temperature for the heater to kick in....

I'm not sure you can say a second hand car is worth more because it's got an individual option on it. though at the end of the day it will be slightly more desirable than an identical equally priced and aged car which is missing that option.

For comparison, a Spider LE is worth more than a normal Spider, by what, £500 or a grand? But for that you get heated seats, 19" TI wheels, Blue & Me, premium leather AND bigger brakes.
