Bad luck for that, but good that you got it FOC.
In any other car that battery would be no problem. In fact my battery is in much worse shape than yours, but it starts well, runs well and never gives a fault.
Seems like most of your faults were related to the body ECU, I can't see why it would be so sensitive to a low voltage condition, it runs almost exclusively on 5V. Maybe there's an earth issue which hits that ECU first when the battery sags ?
Oh well. It hasn't happened to me; Yet !
It would be interesting to go back to the garage who tested the first battery and have then test the current battery. You would see 12.6V maximum, and I doubt you would see more than 700A, maybe 750 if it's a high CCA rated unit. Mine struggles to give 500A when warm, less when it's cold
