These are both known issues on some Breras, that the previous owner should have had fixed under manufacturers warranty.
Issue 1 is the wiring of the aerial. The aerial is located in the rear pillar (passenger side). Can't remember exactly what the fix was but AR are well aware
Issue 2 is a known Brera 3.2 issue that requires replacement of the petrol tank, which is a saddle tank type.
I would go after AR hard on this because they absolutely should not be selling approved used Breras which have these 2 known issues. Pathetic.
The warranty company I have a bit more sympathy for as this is AR's ***** up. I don't have the terms of that warranty so can't say whether the warranty covers it. I'd dump the car at the dealer and say it's not fit for purpose and you want to return it.
Basically make a fuss and they'll fix it. Don't take any BS
