Luggage nets/straps for Spider

Any recommendations for securing down shopping bags and similar things in the boot of a Spider?

I got a piece of low nap indoor/outdoor carpet at the local DIY shop and cut it to fit the bottom of the boot. The easy way to do this is to tape a couple of pieces of news print together to make a large sheet. Then force it into the corners with your fingers to form a crease. Cut around it, re-check the fit, and then use the paper as a template to cut your carpet.

Next I stretched two appropriately sized bungees (with hooks) in an X pattern using the existing tie down loops. These work pretty well when things need to be secured. Of course, a cargo net of exactly the right size might be better, but my method is quick, easy, cheap, and so far it's proven to be all I need.
