Good quality 3/8 drive tools will handle most things you are likely to come across. 1/2 drive is for wheel nuts, hub nuts, crankshaft nuts and lorries! Buy individual 1/2 sockets and a 24" breaker bar and a couple of extensions. If you want to use 1/2 sockets on a ratchet you can buy an adaptor for 1/2 - 3/8". Its nice to have 1/4 drive as well for smaller items.
Just remember with tools, you get what you pay for.
Edit, I just looked at the set, you are better off listing the tools you will need, these sets are a little to general, there will be a lot there you dont need.
Someone said to me, "so whats so special about an Alfa Romeo then?" I told him, "If you have to ask, you wont understand".
