I still don't understand why Alfa went for the goggly headlights look on the Giulietta after such a stunning thing as the 159 front styling. I know Gs are supposed to be very good dynamically and one of our club members who owns a QV certainly loves his, but I couldn't own one because I wouldn't be compelled to turn back and look at it after parking, as you do with most Alfas. We are about to become the owners of a 2008, 159 TI SW 2.4 JTDM and we will definitely be drawn to admire it lovingly every time we leave it or walk towards it. No matter how old they get in the future, 159s will always be a beautiful and timeless design, like a 1967 Mustang, a Miura or one of the art deco period Alfas.
