In standard trim with standard exhausts, the V6 Brera sounds much better to the outside world.
In the days before our GT was wizarded, it just sounded more deep & meaty.
Now that the GT has a wizard, the fight is unequal but the Brera still sound the business.
I can't wait for Dan to put his baby down & sort me a wizard for the Brera though
On our 2010 Centenary run to Milano & whilst tunnel running, GTleigh's Q4 Brera was the surprise car sound & performance wise.
Best sounding car through a tunnel & despite being a Q Tronic, it kept a modified, quad & Q2 equipped 3.0 V6 GTV & our Q2 V6 GT in check from the toll booths.
We were very surprised & impressed.
Predujiced is a funny thing. Yes, the power delivery on our GT is more rabid & exciting and the car also feels more alive but that's a positive & a negative as its not a car you can really chill out in. Other than being heavier, the biggest penalty the Brera pays is in ultra long gearing.
The Busso (exhaust aside) undoubtedly sounds (and looks) better than the newer unit though
