Spider wiper blades

I picked up my 08 Spider yesterday and the wiper blades are dragging/juddering across the screen. I'm assuming that the wipers are worn so will replace them. Any recommendations for good replacement wiper blades?

I think the OEM ones are made by Valeo so if there's better out there then i'd be interested.

I've got some Bosch aero flats on my 159. They glide nice a silently as long as the window is kept clean. They do jump a bit when the window is dry which is when the auto wipers decide to go into overdrive mode! But that's another issue on another thread...

I found the rubber used on the bosch variety very soft and would damage far to easily meaning i was left with lines of water on each stroke. I found champion blades were good but the connectors used to mount to the wiper bulky and ugly looking. Not tried valeo as they always seemed v. Expensive

Go for Bosch wipers but first clean the screen. What you are experiencing is a 'diesel film' that's built up on the surface. A good cream cleaner such as Autoglym will get it off.

Do both of these and you won't join the group who complain about the 'auto' wipers. All the time there is distortion in front of the sensor the wipers will get confused.
