Hmmm additional heater location?

with winter coming on I want to see if I have an "additional heater" on my 2.4JTdM. It is mentioned in the handbook as optional. There is a check procedure on the elearn CD but the operation to check the 2 resistances is not on the CD - at least I can't find it.

Any one know where it might be located??

The 'additional' heater tends to be something that is fitted to models shipped to Scandanavia and the like. Normally it is just either an electric heater, or works like the DPF by just burning extra fuel.

Hi, if its the same as the 156 then they were not fitted to uk spec cars, it is just a housing in the cooling system with a couple of glow plugs to heat the coolant.
