DPF differences?

With the Brera sadly away i noticed i'm now left with a great big muckle DPF sitting in the garage.

I've noticed a few of them for sale on ebay so plan to try and sell it at some point so does anyone know if these are all different between the 159/brera and the 200/210bhp

Just a scan of ebay, so a pinch of salt required, maybe. (or try some shopping about with the motor factors)

Replacement dpf's are sometimes listed as Brera/159/ Spider grouped together. If the floorplan isn't vastly different I would expect them to use the same mechanical structure

I wondered of the 1.9 and 2.4 had any differences, but again, aftermarket dpfs are listed as suitable for either engine.

There are two types of dpf, close coupled and uncoupled (or just about coupled...)
The uncoupled one for my 1.9 JTDm 16v looks like this dpf | Flickr - Photo Sharing!. I don't have a pic of the close coupled one.

I don't know what they're worth, and how do you prove the condition ?

Well the Alfa retail price for a new one is a shade under 2k (!)

There are some differences; If I remember rightly, very early ones had two pressure sensor pipes insead of one, and the 4WD ones have slightly different mounts.
