Brera S diamond cut wheels

We did these wheels for a customer last week and they look amazing

He gave me a basic out line of what he wanted and this is what we came up with, he asked me to send him a phone when I phoned to say the car was ready and he asked me to send a picture but I said he would have to wait and see them in the flesh

Needles to say he was blown away and was exactly what he wanted

Really nice !
i was considering getting the same thing done to a set of horseshoes but was advised against it by the refurbishers. He said it doesnt last something to do with the salt on our roads over the winter, it causes the polished areas to corrode. Surley once done a clear coat of lacquer would prevent this i would have thought, decided against it in the end due to the cost involved.

It does look good.

Doesn't wear we'll, I have factory diamond cut AMG wheels and they need careful attention to stone chips and I daren't wash them with anything but water

I've always envisioned this, and thought of it working VERY well with the Brera 8C teledials, to which these photos proves it does! Stunning! I love them! The only downside is, as stated, with our road maintenance, and winter just round the corner, the finish will not last long...

Another downside though, is that there are only so many times you can diamond cut refurb a wheel aswell, as in essence you are shaving metal away from the rim each time the procedure is done...

A very professional job, but not to my taste I'm afraid.

I thought about this on my 159 several years ago and i think Alfa did some late Breras with them, would be interested to know the cost?

This treatment looks cool on the 18" horseshoes, but the 19" (and the bigger 20"s on the 8C) are perfect they way they are.
