Painted Red Brembo's on 2.4 159 (Quick Guide)

Hi Guys,

Just had a rest week at work and I thought in that time I would paint my calipers Red.
So have a look and tell me what you think.

1. They were firstly cleaned with plenty of wheel acid and a 160 Degree's pressure washer.

2. One they were all masked off they were then unbolted from the hub and painted with Halfords Caliper paint in red. I did find that I had to thin out quite a bit for easier control. It did take about 6 layers of painting to get the finish that I was after.

3. Once that had set I then used wet + dry sand paper, to flat back the paint to apply the Alfa Romeo Decals that I got off eBay for about £7. This was then finished off with a thin layer of Lacquer.

Just a quick guide to help anyone out there.

Kind Regards
