Should I stay with the selenia?

Hello all !
I have an A159 1.9 JTS and it is time to do my 90.000km oil change. Now the question is should I stay with the selenia or is there another option (maybe Cheaper?). I have heard about the motul oil but I am not exactly sure... Any piece of advice is welcomed ...

Any fully synthetic from the major manufacturers should be fine Euro Car Parts sell 4l of Castrol Edge for 38, but often have 25-30% off offers on. Put in your car reg, and they'll tell you the oil you need, 5w-40 is spec'd, you'll want low ash (or SAPS) too.

The oil spec for the 159/Brera JTS is quite basic.
Just a ACEA A3 spec 5W40.
Plenty of those around to suit all budgets, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding some local to you.

Whats your thoughts on using 0W 40 instead of 5W 40? My Spider 2.2 seems to take a while to warm the oil up, especially with winter on its way....

I think 0w40 is unnecessary in this country's climate, 5w40 is spec'd to about minus 20 and for an oil to be thin enough to meet the 0w grade it will only just be a 40 grade when hot.
