That's a nice photo Sir Baloney. Where did you get it from? If you took it yourself, why are there no speed bump scrapes like mine has? Well done anyhow.
Interestingly my V6 07 Spider has a slightly different plate. It lacks the big rectangular hole at the back and has a smaller one on the left covered by a silver grating. I guess they made several different types so when you need to a replacement, it will be really hard to get just the right one!
Mine has the screws in much the same locations. Interestingly the 2 M8s at the front are inHex drive and the M6s are Torx T30 drive, and the little self tappers are Philips head. That's so you have to keep getting up from under the car to find another drive.
I too had to replace one of mine with a 19 mm hex head M6 with a big (Mud guard type) washer, as it had fallen out or was lost by the p.o. I'm sentimental and kept the Torx screws in, for no good reason.
Actually, apart from the 18 screws of 3 different head types, it was a relatively easy job to change the oil and filter. The filter was cheap and easily obtained locally. I recommend doing it youself.
