159 1.9 Jtd turbo

Hi, the turbo has gone on my 159 have been told that it has seized today. Would a turbo and manifold of a Vectra C 1.9 cdti 150 fit straight onto my engine or are there some differences?

The turbo in question is:

Hi, it is the same but you will have to swap over the compressor housing, the aluminium bit as the outlet on the vauxhall and saab points upwards but on the Alfa it points down, its only held on with a few, I think 4 8mm bolts and wont be siezed as its on the cold side.

You should find out why it has siezed before fitting the new one, has the oil feed pipe collapsed inside or the banjo bolt got a blockage..?

Or maybe its just a victim of the stupid 18k oil change intervals
