brera 3.2 fan/thermostat adjustment

hi all, does anyone know if you can adjust the temperature the cooling fan cuts in on a 3.2 v6, mine cuts in way too early, stop at lights for two seconds and its on! or is it a dealer job?

Whether temp is ok no matter if fan "looks" to start running early. Same with mine. What is core is that coolant is always at the right temp. Changing thermostat settings may led to undesired effects as far as engine is working out of standards for which it has been designed. Fuel consuption will be higher and in the long term, gaskets may suffer major wear and even moving parts could eventually require earlier replacement due to permanent friction out of proper temp of service. Life of engine could be overall (and significantly) reduced.

Remember the fan is also used for the A/C.

There is no "adjustment"

Mine does the same. Surely it kicks in at the temp its designed to and altering it risks engine damage ?
