Hi Nick

Would you consider selling a single wheel? Just discovered one of mine has a small crack which is causing a slow puncture. Arranging a repair , but would prefer to use it as a spare .

Pm me or call/txt ? 07872391880

Cheers

Fitted a set of 8000k HIDs. Can't believe how yellow the original halogens are...
Now need to find some decent side lights and high beam to match the HIDsImageUploadedByTapatalk1347223491.618951.jpg
HID vs sidelight....

Can you fit those HIDs to a normal set of headlights?

HID vs sidelight....
For 8k HIDs you will want a set of the 24 led or 13 led sidelights listed in the "LEDs advice for the 159" thread.

Drove 151.8 miles home from Swansea "at speed"

Machine polished the paintwork after a thorough wash and it looked great

Applied the latest Armour All Shield stuff & ruined it

Could have been a reaction with the rather excellent new AG Radiant Wax I guess.....

I have seen that thread but it's way too long for me to read and actually make heads or tails on what's best! So thankyou for the input, I will get a pair of one of them types in next few days...

Car sorted on issues every time
- Tracking from 8 months ago - perfect front and rear wear on new Goodyears after 6k miles
- Emissions due to Tesco van explosion a month ago
- Expensive but Mr T was paying for new parts and JJB's time
(my fitted K&N Filter was black with soot on the inside - now running OEM until I can be bothered to fit the new PiperCross)

TBH, I can thoroughly recommend JJB for Alfa peeps near York!

Guess where I am going when the 17" tyres wear and my newly refurbed 18" 7 Horseshoe'e need fitting with new sticky stuff!

- V6 Q4 SW usually mud brown and not Titanium Grey (Spider S3 QV is Rosso Corsa)

Interiors done, had a few small showers, but it doesn't matter.
tomorrow will be snow foamed and washed then moved under cover to get all scratches and swirls removed. thursday will also be undercover so small rain showers dont matter.
fingers crossed for sun on friday....

Fixed the wipers, I noticed I had an 'unswept' triangle, and after fiddling, and trying to bend the blade itself, realised the whole arm was moving and it was hitting the bonnet on full sweep. Seems it is a common fault, so check yours (especially 58-08 models). It requires a new 200 wiper linkage, or a cheap washer off e-bay, the fix was here:

Just need some touch up paint now!
