Had the left door strap changed (because here the driver seat is in the left side...), made a special blend of engine cleaning stuff, made a new remap, testdrove the car and made a forced REGEN and now the cars goes like a rocket :-)
Today I will work more on the remap and maybe fit my new Blaupunkt Shark-antenna with integrated GPS (or at least ask a friend to do it for me )

Woke up another year older, maybe wiser, its TBC on that front, but woke up to the best cake ever & a totally awesome set of gifts, including a gift and card from my Alfa!

This is my cake:

This is my gift pack:
IMG_0108 (2).jpg

The card from the Alfa accompanied the large picture, and came with the following message inside:
card.jpg inside.jpg

What I have learned from today:

1) I clearly have a serious problem in the form of my Alfa Ownership, and need to join a group, oh wait, i think I have.
2) My wife & daughter have a solid sense of irony and clearly love me enough to support my addictions.

on it currently investigating Eiback Pro Kit (Springs & Dampers) Vs Bilstein B6/Eibach Pro "Sportiva" setup. 400 vs 600 so trying to establish some feedback on the newer eibach pro kit shocks.

Happy Birthday Jay, seems like they know you well!

Less enjoyable this end, picked up a puncture on the M42, shard of metal through my tyre, wheel was corroded to the hub, so had to call in the AA (and got abused by a passing van driver and told to 'learn how to change a tyre! Cheeky sod!).
Luckily, or ironically, have booked into to get the tyre replaced tomorrow as it was low on tread (no doubt contributed to the puncture).

On a more positive note, managed an average of 62mpg on the way back!

Who did the original work and research, with out whom I would never of thought of doing it. It must be some of the best money spent on mods next to the Alfatune F1 remap / EGR / DPF bypass you can treat you bella to.

I've discover some new quality B roads to take me from home to my workplace in Solihull.

It just happens to take me past a high end Mclaren dealership in Hockley Heath & Johnsons Fiat & Alfa in Dorridge
