Nothing special but stuck on some vinyl tricolore stripes on the metal piece of the front seat headrests in the Brera.

Dug out its cover.

Spent a full 15 minutes trying to open the doors this morning, locks were fine but the doors were welded shut with the ice, and that was even after I'd used night-before de-icer!
Used a ridiculous amount of regular de-icer and finally broke in via the passenger side which had a little more protection being close to the hedge.
The car will fit in the garage, but only just, it's very very tight and too much like hard work.

This cover was just a cheap thing from Argos, but it's given sterling service over the last 5 years. Just the job!

I don't remember reading Yatesuk saying that?
If he has spotted a white Spider in Preston it's bound to be me.
In the 5 years I've had it I've only seen one other white one, and that's in Blackpool .

Edit: Sorry, just spotted his post!!

Last year a found an article recommending something called "gummi pflege" to put on the rubber seals. Last winter I put a couple of coats on the rubber on the door and it didn't stick once when frozen.

Put a couple of coats of gummi pflege onto the rubber before winter really arrives. It duly started snowing as I was finishing.

One of the HIDs was out, I was hoping it was just one of the ballasts but it turned out to be a bulb, so I ended up replacing both bulbs as the MOT is due soon. I also ordered a couple of tyres as the fronts are almost down to the minimum.

Read some reviews on Amazon and it sounds great. Cheap as well.
I'm amazed I've never heard of it before! Thanks again.

I remember this time last year big freeze over in my area, kids had the car key pressed and held the unlock button, which left me with two broken rear windows as they had frozen solid and the runners still descended.

Gave the battery a bit of a charge. Leaving the car on without the engine running for those pictures along with other things I suspect made it go down enough to throw up an "ABS not available" message on startup sometimes.

First time I've ever charged a car battery, strange as that sounds.

That is bad news, thankfully something I've not done.
I haven't got kids so should be safe!
