Added an EGR blanking plate.

If I had known how difficult the 2.4 EGR pipe access was, compared to the 1.9, I wouldn't have bothered. It took 2 people, specialised tools, and way too much time.

Driven it!
The black ice and snow meant caution kicked in and my Winter Warrior (650 single m/c) was too much of a risk.

Fitted my dpf and egr delete dongle this morning to do a long test all day.

All is well and I can move on to fine tuning it.

We did not get this one on FB, can't get everything up or we would need someone full time just taking pictures and posting

Yup. Found used badges for a Peugeot 406 Coupe that might work.

'Random warning light of the day' syndrome can be down to a below par battery.

Focus 1.6 Diesel

Full service

Runs much, much more smoothly and pulls like a train. And the MPG is pretty damn good too.

Washed it, brushed out the inside and took it for the MOT.

Passed with no advisories.

I did the rear pads and discs yesterday but that's all it needed. 16k miles since the last MOT (it's only just 4 years old though so I didn't expect many problems, despite 136k miles on the clock)

Installed brodit holder for my TomTom and hardwired it to the fuse box.

Checked out my non functioning headlamp washers and decided I'm better off without them anyway

Planned to remove throttle body to give it a good clear out and clean.

Fell at first hurdle due to lack of allen keys.

Ah well!

Fixed new Pininfarina badges to the side that was missing them. And then shades on for a long drive...
