Just did a search for illuminated sill, popped straight up!

Why 'Turismo'?
It reminds me of the previous entry-level spec Giulietta.

No real reason, I just liked the script, and it matched the style of the Alfa Romeo above it.
It also means "touring" in English, which is all I do with the car

Had a couple of rear tyres fitted and had it cleaned at my local Eastern European car wash. I also indulged in a nice cooked breakfast in a cafe whilst the tyres were being done.

I got the Michelin's from TyreLeaders website as used by a few people on here. The prices were well below anything I could get a quote for elsewhere.

Thanks for that, just spent 30 mins going through that thread, stated that the courtesy light was a swine to remove, but not how to do it! I will only end up breaking something

You reminded me I had some to fit to my car, just took me about 3hrs
Found it hard to get the drill in place
Still I think they look ok, I have kept the rubbers to fit over for the UK MOT, just in case!

Took it in to get the new heated seat pad and thermo sensor fitted. Fingers crossed they finish it as needed for the rolling road day tomorrow.

Also noticed that my tard of a wife has clouted one of the very recently refurbished alloys

Made a decison that the GT is now her daily (it's hers afterall so she can use it & abuse it as she wants, I'm done with her and cars) and the Brera will be my semi - ritired keeper.

Failed first MOT as New front discs and pads after near front was said to be worn, clipped and scored? Not expect these needing replaced after only 31000 miles...

Fitted new wing indicators, led's for the rear number plate and front side light led's. Hope to fit a hid kit tomorrow that I took off my 166 months ago, hope they still work.

Also ordered new near side boot light assembly as mine has a hairline split in the centre.

Jack21 had a similarly good finish earlier in this thread, asked the same question:

Got lazy around it, so I only washed the exterior, then got caught up in one of the missus wormhole mandatory chore and now its sunsetting... Think I'll finish it tomorrow. And, meanwhile, ordered a set of Pirelli's p7 cinturattos, let's see how they feel.
