159 bouncing front

i have bourgt a used 159 1,9 diesel with original 19'.
when i bourght it i noticed that the front was bounching/hopping when the speed is over 160 km/h. the higher the speed the worse it gets. At first i thourgt that is was bechauce of the worn tires, but after i have got some new michelin Pilot sport the problem is still the same.
The car has done 105.000 Km.
Could it be the shocs?
Does someone have expierenced the samme problem?

Bounce each corner in turn. The car should go down, up once and return to the normal position. If it goes up/down/up settle the shocks are done!
