With a mickey mouse electronic diff mimicking piece of sortware, yes.

Basically, traction control.

Q2e may be Mickey Mouse but it is far more than Traction Control in that by braking the spinning wheel the differential transfers the drive to the loaded wheel. That is fundamentally different from most kinds of Traction Control which cut power to the driven wheels. Q2e gives greater drive through corners and although around 50% of the efficiency of a mechanical LSD is very effective in controlling a modern front wheel drive car and reduces washout understeer (Without loading up the steering as most mechanical LSDs do).

The Q2e-type system is an integral part of the Bosch Electronic Stability Control package and is featured on many manufacturers cars nowadays.
