Other than warped disk(s)?
Possibly a disk not sitting cleanly against a hub?
Or a wheel not sitting cleanly against a disk.
Or faulty ABS?
Or a worn wheel bearing
Or a damaged pad? (thats really unlikely, but easy to check, just take them out and have a look)
all 'Could' be possible causes of slight brake lumpiness,
Take them apart and clean everything first then see how you get on.
(In fact thinking about it if you take your pads out make sure any retainers, shims, etc are all in the right places, I had massive trouble on a motorbike with the retaining plates ontop of the pads being twisted, they forced the pads off the disk just enough to have to much travel when assembled but you would never ave believed it with eveything on the bench, cost me a new set of calipers and a planned weeks touring to discover the cause)
