I don't floor it on exiting a roundabout (honest) but it is one of those manoeuvres that I enjoy a bit of throttle on. My old Fiat Uno 70's and a Cinq sporting all went nicely and predictably sideways if required!
Moving on to Alfa's (146ti, 156 2.0jts, spider 3.0) and that sliding experience pretty much went away, so I was suprised to feel it again in the 159.
Many factors at play I know so I shouldn't at this stage blame tyres....
Tyre pressures are as recommended, steering geometry has not been checked and after a dry spell roads get greasy in the wet. I'll continue to feel for the the limits when it's safe to do so!
