On topic: I put 45 litres of unleaded in my previous Ford Focus 1.9, or was it a 1.8, tdi. I filled it up just before the dual carriageway at Okehampton and drove all the way to J15 M4 at Swindon 145 mles. It was a quick run sat at about 90mph and I did notice the odd hesitation on light throttle but that was all. On stopping at the traffic lights on the M4 J15 it stopped and wouldn't restart.
AA called and car recovered, drained and refilled. It ran perfectly with no parts replaced for another 40,000 miles before being sold.
I still am absolutely stunned that it did this, my Vectra stopped within 1 mile when I filled that with petrol, but the Focus was fine and no injection components were ever changed.
Will that small amount hurt that you put in? From my experience of a much, much more potentially catastrophic drive it won't matter at all.
