Creaks and moans from the dash - especially in the cold months
The seat totally cripples me after 2 hours driving
Stupid cup holder than only holds a test tube
Cig light socket in the cup holder - so no using both together (added a second cig lighter now to fix that)
Appalling MPG (although mine is improving weekly)
Stupid lock/unlock beep
Wheel arch liners held in place with crossed fingers
Rear valance (TI) made so thin, and so flexible that when I wash it, the whole thing feels like its going to fall off
Roof panel is so thin it 'pops' when you try to wax it
Auto wipers are appalling
Seat belt alarm. I know.... its for my own safety.
Shame the factory mirrors didn't auto-close. Had to wire that up myself
Exhaust note is a little pansy (my next project)
Stupidly expensive tyres on the 19" rims
My touchscreen Pioneer sat/nav is total crap - but I fitted it so its my fault!
I still love the car. All cars have gripes. All cars have issues.
Worst one for me is the back pain from my seat
OK.... time for an update...
As others have mentioned... the glovebox is so small, it can't even hold its own manual
The discs stick to the pads (and properly too) 12 hours after washing. Godawful noise as you 'break' them free. Never had that with any other new car.
(Yes.. I know, go for a drive to dry them... )
If not Alfa's fault, and I listed it above .... PIONEER = RUBBISH. So are their customer service.
Oh, and yes its sexy, its low slung.... it grounds over a raised water main drain cover and smashes a huge hole in the undertray. You reach underneath in the dark to assess the damage... and the sizzle as your fingertips stick the the exhaust is just amazing.
Still hurt now
OK... not Alfa's fault there either
Storage. oh, I mean... no storage. What one item shall I take in the car today.. a cup, sunglasses or a phone?
4 minutes after cleaning it.... its dirty
And why don't hot chicks faint at the sight of it and let me take them home?
I just don't have the storage for Chloroform and hankies
