Replacing front/side grille

On the 159 I've just bought the black plastic honeycomb grille between the Alfa shield and the fog light is broken on the nearside. I guess it has been nudged into something. It looks ok but is flapping loose at the bottom. I gather from the local dealer that it's a replacement part costing about 22 but I'm wondering if it's a monster job to fit it.

Its easy, but helps if you take the fogs off (which is easy too) to get better access round back
