Is a driveshaft a Warranty covered item?

I have a grinding noise coming from my front right - usually under load (accelerating).

I think it will be driveshaft on the way out - has anyone had these covered by the 3 yr warranty? My car has 68k and is just over 2yrs old.

And if I get it sorted by an indi, any chance Alfa will pay (if only for the part...)?

I had two drive shafts replaced under warranty, however the usual sign of wear is that they cause a juddering or vibration around 40mph (in my case).

You say you are within the 3 year warranty, but have covered 68k, isnt the 3 year warranty up to 60K?

If the car is still under warranty, you'd do just as well to get a proper dealer to do the job, especially as you will not have to pay.
