QV Alloys or Ti Alloys

Been looking at getting some 18" alloys, but which ones? and from where?

I like the QV Alloys....

but i also like the Ti alloys...

...but which is better?

Fight! :ANYWORD:

(Chosen 18"s as I want to keep costs down)

Also, can you get 8C style Alloys??
